I'm with you on both of those. The relationship between the boys is the most important, and to me the most fascinating thing about the Winchesters, whether or not it involves wincest in a story. As for the mental health profession, yeah, I decided that as much as I truly enjoy the boys getting tortured by angry orderlies and evil psych doctors, I wanted to make it real.
