Wow! That was an intense read... you kept me on the edge of my seat for 2 days. Thank you for what must have been a very long writing endeavor! It was really, really great. I'm going to re-read it when I can, to savour all over again. There were so many things to like (among many other things, I liked that the orderlies weren't abusive, did care, etc.).

Whew! My eyes are tired after reading through that so quickly! Next time I'll have to pace myself.
