He looks like he actually didn't mind being in this photo. Usually when it's not a promo shoot or something I think he looks like he'd rather not have a camera pointed at him.

Buuuut: If I'm not mistaken that's Danneel behind him! They're getting sloppy at keeping the "secret". *g*

I know exactly what you mean - here he looks like he's having fun, for once! Yeah, that looks like Danneel to me too. Either they're getting sloppy or he doesn't really care that she's there.
