This was so complex and AMAZING! At the start, I was wondering if this was somehow still a Djinn induced dream and I like that it turned out to be reality. I love the characterizations. The staff at the institution were so realistic, with some being very concerned and gentle with the patients and some just being at work. Sam's journey back to mental stability and Dean's devotion were beautiful.
